I Was Following the Script—Until I Woke Up.

From the outside, everything looked pretty darn good. Marriage. A thriving daughter. A successful business. I checked every box.

But inside? I was fading. My light was dimming. And the scariest part? I didn’t even see it happening.

I kept myself moving—working late, filling my calendar, pouring another glass, chasing the next wild weekend—mistaking motion for meaning. I had mastered the art of escaping and numbing in ways that looked normal. Filling every quiet moment with distractions so I never had to sit with myself—never had to feel what was underneath it all.

Until psychedelics found me. And for the first time,
I stopped running—and started listening.

Then Psychedelics Found Me

They didn’t just help me quit drinking—they showed me why I drank. They made me see the emotional absence I had inherited, the generational wounds I was carrying, and how I had been escaping rather than feeling.

They also forced me to face my body. For years, I had unknowingly treated it like a dumping ground for stress and trauma. I carried the weight—literally. When I finally listened instead of punishing it, I lost 45 pounds. Not through restriction, but through reconnection—learning to trust my body again, to listen instead of override, to feel instead of numb, and pleasure as nourishment rather than indulgence.

The mushrooms showed me the truth: I wasn’t just escaping pain—I was escaping me.

That truth unraveled everything. I realized I had been living on autopilot. Holding onto a marriage that had quietly faded. Staying in a life that “worked,” even when I knew it didn’t. One I would have stayed in for 40 more years because comfortable is easier than honest.

So I stopped running.

And now, this is my work.

I do this work because psychedelics saved my life. Because I know what happens when you stop running, stop numbing, and start choosing yourself—fully, unapologetically, without looking back.

Psychedelics didn’t just wake me up—they gave me the courage to live. To face myself. To step into the unknown and trust that my path would reveal itself.

This is not a trend. This is my life’s work. A relentless, lifelong journey of learning, unlearning, and guiding others who feel the call.

Psychedelics are not for everyone. They are not a quick fix. They will show you the work, but they won’t do it for you. The medicine opens the door—you decide if you’re willing to walk through.

Integration isn’t a phase. It’s the path. And it never ends.

If you’re ready to meet the medicine halfway—to meet yourself fully and unapologetically—I’m here to walk beside you.

This Work Chose Me—Now I’m Here to Guide You.

In astrology, the North Node represents your soul’s purpose—the path you’re meant to walk, even when it feels unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or impossible. It calls you to unlearn, heal, and step outside of everything you’ve known. That’s exactly what transformation demands. And that’s where I come in.

I’m the founder of North Node Coaching, where I guide people through deep transformation using the same tools that changed my life. I help people navigate the discomfort of breaking cycles, reclaiming pleasure, and stepping fully into who they were meant to be. I’m not here to give you a map—I’m here to be your compass. To guide you through this uncharted, newly paved road—the one that leads back to your truth.

I also host Minds on Mushrooms, a podcast dedicated to normalizing and de-stigmatizing psychedelics for mental health, addiction recovery, and personal transformation.

If you’re here, something in you is already waking up. You feel the pull.

Trust it.

The door is open. Let’s walk through it—together.
