Evolution
Growth is a lifelong journey. We embrace transformation as an ongoing process, integrating wisdom and expanding consciousness for personal and
collective awakening.
There’s a Reason You Feel the Pull Toward Something More.
Let’s Explore It.
Psychedelics don’t provide answers—they are a mirror, reflecting what’s already within you. These ancient medicines illuminate the work, the path, and the parts of you waiting to be seen.
Science Meets Spirit
Let’s get real: psychedelics have been misunderstood for decades. Labeled as dangerous, reckless, an escape. The truth? They are safe, effective, and profoundly healing when used intentionally.
They don’t give you answers—they show you the ones you’ve buried. They don’t create some new version of you—they help you remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
Science is finally catching up to what ancient cultures have known for centuries:
Psychedelics rewire the brain.
They break addiction cycles.
They heal trauma, depression, and anxiety—often when nothing else works.
They expand self-awareness and reconnect us to something greater than ourselves.
The medicine isn’t the transformation—it’s the invitation. Psychedelics can show you the truth, but it’s what you do with that truth that matters. Integration is where awareness becomes change, insight becomes embodiment, and knowing becomes being. The trip ends, but the real journey is just beginning.
The Compass for Your Uncharted Path
For years, I was escaping without even realizing it.
Overworking. Pouring another glass of wine. Keeping myself “busy” so I never had to sit with myself. Filling every moment with work, obligations, and counting down to the next boozy weekend—anything to stay distracted, to drown out the quiet voice inside me that knew better. The fun was temporary, but the anxiety always stuck around.
I had mastered the art of escape—without even realizing I was running.
Then psychedelics found me.
They didn’t just help me quit drinking. They showed me why I drank. They made me see the emotional absence I had inherited, the silent agreements I had accepted, the ways I had been numbing instead of feeling, avoiding instead of choosing.
They also forced me to face my body. For years, I treated it like a dumping ground for stress and trauma. I carried the weight—literally. When I finally listened instead of punishing it, I lost 45 pounds. Not through restriction, but through reconnection.
And then the truth hit me—I wasn’t living, I was performing. Holding onto a marriage where love had quietly unraveled, sustaining the illusion of a life that “worked” on paper but not in my soul. I almost stayed—not because I didn’t know the truth, but because I wasn’t sure I was brave enough to act on it. Because comfort is seductive, and honesty demands everything.
The mushrooms told me: It’s time to stop escaping from yourself.
And that’s exactly what I did.
This journey led me to North Node Coaching—a space for those ready to stop running, meet themselves fully, and step into the life they’re meant for.
